What YOU need to use Gustaio Studio
Initial Shop Setup
For the initial configuration of your shop you need the following:
- Logo in vector format (AI or SVG)
- Background image without text and logos
- Menu / food list and extras
- Ingredient list
- Delivery locations with price per location (optional)
Getting Started
Login
After activation by the Gustaio team, you can log into the platform.
For optimal use, we recommend using the Terminal App. Log in there with your email and password.
App Download
If you want to use the web version, you can also log in there: terminal.gustaio.ai
Note: The web version is exactly the same as the app. However, printing with POS printers is not 1:1 the same and requires an extended setup. Therefore, it's recommended to use the app if you want to manage orders and have them printed!
Admin Access
For advanced settings and connection to the payment provider Stripe, you must log in at gustaio.io.
ATTENTION: This login should only be performed by the administrator/manager of the shop.
First Time Setup Checklist
Follow these steps to get your restaurant up and running:

- ✅ Choose your services (delivery, pickup, dine-in)
- ✅ Add your menu items and categories
- ✅ Set up receipt printers (if you take orders)
- ✅ Test everything with a practice order
How to Navigate the App
The app works on phones, tablets, and computers:
On Mobile Phones
- Menu button (☰): Tap to see all sections
- Your photo: Tap to access settings and printer setup
On Tablets and Computers
- Left sidebar: Quick access to all main sections
- Management area: Dedicated space for managing your restaurant
- Settings sections: Organized in easy-to-find categories

Use all possible social media to make your Gustaio shop known.
You have received a unique link to your shop from us as well as QR codes that direct customers to your shop.
Use this link as often as possible and share it with friends and customers.
Tip: The more the link is shared and clicked, the more you will ultimately benefit from it.
Only if your customers also know that you are represented on Gustaio will they use the offer.
