Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• Price: €0/month
• Orders: Up to 50 orders/month
• Features: Basic order management, email support
• Best for: Small cafes and testing

Starter Plan

• Price: €29/month
• Orders: Up to 500 orders/month
• Features: All Free features plus payment processing, basic analytics
• Best for: Small to medium restaurants

Professional Plan

• Price: €99/month
• Orders: Up to 2,000 orders/month
• Features: All Starter features plus advanced analytics, priority support
• Best for: Busy restaurants and chains

Enterprise Plan

• Price: Custom pricing
• Orders: Unlimited
• Features: All Professional features plus custom integrations, dedicated support
• Best for: Large restaurant chains and franchises

Billing Information

Update Payment Method

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Update Payment Method
3. Enter your new card details
4. Click Save Changes

Download Invoices

1. Navigate to Settings > Billing > Invoices
2. Find the invoice you need
3. Click the Download button
4. Invoice will be saved as PDF

VAT & Tax Information

Gustaio automatically calculates and applies the appropriate VAT based on your business location:

• Germany: 19% VAT
• Austria: 20% VAT
• Italy: 22% VAT
• Other EU: Local VAT rates apply

• Your business VAT number
• Gustaio VAT details
• Breakdown of charges
• VAT amounts
