Set up and manage payment methods for your restaurant orders.

Supported Payment Providers

Stripe

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Bank Transfers: SEPA Direct Debit (EU)
• Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna, Afterpay

PayPal

• PayPal Account: Standard PayPal payments
• PayPal Express: One-click checkout
• PayPal Credit: Financing options for customers

Setting Up Stripe

1. Create Stripe Account

   • Go to stripe.com
   • Sign up for a business account
   • Complete identity verification

2. Connect to Gustaio

   • In Gustaio dashboard, go to Settings > Payments
   • Click Connect Stripe
   • Authorize the connection
   • Test with a small transaction

3. Configure Settings

   • Set your currency (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.)
   • Enable desired payment methods
   • Configure automatic payouts

Setting Up PayPal

1. Create Business Account

   • Visit paypal.com/business
   • Sign up for business account
   • Verify your business information

2. Connect to Gustaio

   • Go to Settings > Payments > PayPal
   • Click Connect PayPal
   • Log in and authorize
   • Test the integration

Transaction Fees

Stripe Fees

• EU Cards: 1.4% + €0.25
• Non-EU Cards: 2.9% + €0.25
• Apple/Google Pay: 1.4% + €0.25

PayPal Fees

• Standard: 2.49% + €0.35
• Express: 2.99% + €0.35
• International: 3.4% + €0.35

Processing Refunds

1. Find the order in your dashboard
2. Click Refund button
3. Enter refund amount
4. Add refund reason
5. Confirm refund

• Keep detailed order records
• Respond quickly to disputes
• Provide tracking information
• Use Stripe Radar for fraud prevention
