Gustaio Studio Platform Overview

Here you'll find a general overview of using the Gustaio Studio platform.

How Gustaio Studio Adapts to You

Gustaio Studio automatically changes its interface based on what kind of restaurant services you offer. This means you only see the features you actually need, keeping everything simple and organized.

Restaurant Type Determines Your Interface

Based on your restaurant type and enabled services, Gustaio Studio will show you different sections:

For Menu Display Only: Simple menu management and basic restaurant information

For Catering Companies: Corporate order management and business account tools

For Hotel Restaurants: Menu display plus corporate booking management

For Full Restaurants: Complete restaurant management with all order features

For Hotels with Daily Menus: All restaurant features plus KitchenFlow for daily menu planning

Usage

The Gustaio Studio App for managing orders and the shop can be used simultaneously on any number of Android, iOS or web devices.

Any employee who has access to the online shop can thus accept orders and possibly print them on connected POS printers.

Admin Access

For advanced settings and connection to the payment provider Stripe, you must log in at console.gustaio.ai.

ATTENTION: This login should only be performed by the administrator/manager of the shop.

Navigation

On smartphones, you'll find the symbol with three bars in the top left, next to the Terminal lettering.

This shows or hides the side navigation. On tablets or desktops, the side navigation is constantly displayed and can be minimized or maximized with a click on the arrow.

In the side navigation, at the very top, is the current delivery time that is displayed to your customers when ordering.

Important: The delivery or waiting time should be continuously adjusted as it is displayed to customers and is included in the calculation when selecting preferred delivery times.

Opening and Closing the Shop

The principle is based on the fact that you activate the shop as soon as you open and as soon as you finish work, you close the shop again.

NOTE: You can also leave the shop permanently "open". For this, however, you should definitely define opening hours in the settings so that customers can only order within the opening hours. This has the advantage that you no longer have to worry about opening and closing. However, if you don't define times, there's a higher chance that you'll receive orders outside your opening hours and customers may wait in vain.
